This page will present a brief list of our prices. Most prices
are as is on this list however, some prices may change due to particular arrangements made between Northern Ridge and its
customers.

Part - Boarding
Leasing
New to Northern Ridge we will be offering a lease program on our own horses. We will have a 3 month, 6 month and 1 year
contract between you and Northern Ridge. The lease consists of a monthly fee of $200 + G.S.T plus you are responsible for
all farrier and vet bills. For more information on what horses are available please speak to Marj. You can ride
whenever you want. What a great introduction to horse ownership before purchasing your own! Riding lessons are additional.
Horse Boarding
- Indoor Board: $225/mth-Box Stall
- Outdoor Board: $150/mth
- Standing Stall: $175/mth
Indoor board includes 1-2 grain feeding per day, daily stall cleaning, free choice hay, water and salt in stalls,
and in turn out paddocks.
Outdoor board includes free choice hay, water (heated in winter) salt, and shelter. All horses are checked on daily
to inspect for any injury or illness.
All boarders have full use of the facility, tack room, indoor and outdoor arena's roundpen, and trails. Outdoor
boarders do not have use of a stall, if their horse needs a stall due to injury or illness then a $10/day fee will be applied.
NEW At Northern Ridge!
We will now be offering a show package for those who are interested in competing in local horse
shows. There will be a trailering and coaching fee of $50 per student, and a horse rental fee for anyone using a Northern
Ridge Horse. Prices may vary if we travel to further shows.
