The Owners
The owners of Northern Ridge Equestrian Centre are Blair and Marj Wilkie. Blair and Marj also
have two sons Hunter, who is 8 and Austin, who is 5.
Blair and Marj moved to Verner almost 8 years ago from Brampton Ontario, just west of
Toronto.
Marj completed the Western Coaching Program in May of 1997 and continued working in the area
at different facilities taking on the role of stable manager and giving lessons. Just after the Coaching Program Marj also
completed a 4 month course at the Canadian School of Horseshoeing. After the course Marj then went on to working for the Ontario
Equestrian Federation as Membership Co-ordinator. After many years of competing down South Marj
is highly enjoying taking her own students to local shows, and helping them achieve their equine goals.
Marj also enjoys judging shows for local clubs and fairs.
